RETURNS
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition, with all components, including but not limited to: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, cases and gift boxes.
A request to return an item must be made within 21 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you or if specified otherwise for the given product in which case the latter timeframe applies. The return can be refunded to you as Lux & Eco store credits. We will deduct a return shipping charge of $6.95 and you must follow our return procedure located at www.luxandeco.com/returns. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be credited for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Support and you will receive your refund in Lux & Eco credits.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return or by contacting our Customer Support.
RULES AND RESTRICTIONSluxandeco.com does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailer other than luxandeco.com. We are happy to answer any questions related to products purchased through www.luxandeco.com.
RETURN AUTHORIZATIONAll returns must be authorized by Lux & Eco and either issued through the RMA section under My Account or by contacting customer service. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Please follow our Return Instructions here.
LATE RETURNSPlease request Return Authorization within 14 days from receipt of your order unless specified otherwise for the given product. Your return shipment must be post-marked within 14 days, or if specified for the given product in that case that time frame applies, from your Return Authorization. We reserve the right to reject all returns outside of the given return period.
RETURN SHIPMENTCustomers shipping returns are responsible for all costs, fees and duties incurred through return shipment. Please make note of your tracking number. Lux & Eco cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. All return shipping must be pre-paid, we cannot accept CODs. All returns must be shipped to Lux & Eco shipping address. Lux & Eco does not accept in person returns.
DISCLAIMERWe reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with conditions above. if your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISEWhile we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for defects, occasionally a defect may pass unnoticed. If that happens, please contact us immediately.
COLORSSince the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
