items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be
returned in their original packaging and in original condition, with all
components, including but not limited to: hangers, polybags, hang tags
on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, cases and gift boxes.
request to return an item must be made within 21 days of when the
item(s) were shipped to you or if specified otherwise for the given
product in which case the latter timeframe applies. The return can be
refunded to you as Lux & Eco store credits. We will deduct a return
shipping charge of $6.95 and you must follow our return procedure
located at www.luxandeco.com/returns.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you
will be credited for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you
want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Support and you will receive your refund in Lux & Eco credits.
the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect
item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original
shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please
indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your
return or by contacting our Customer Support.

request Return Authorization within 14 days from receipt of your order
unless specified otherwise for the given product. Your return shipment
must be post-marked within 14 days, or if specified for the given
product in that case that time frame applies, from your Return
Authorization. We reserve the right to reject all returns outside of the
